In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player" or "User" means any person who has registered, accessed, or used the pinoy777 Platform for any purpose.

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are not subject to any court order or legal prohibition preventing your participation in online gaming;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion program or excluded by any PAGCOR directive from online gaming participation;
• You are accessing the Platform using your own Account and your own funds only.

3.2 pinoy777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the pinoy777 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and active mobile number. You undertake to keep this information current and notify pinoy777 of any changes.

4.3 KYC identity verification is mandatory before full Account access, deposits, and withdrawals are enabled. You must submit a clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (including but not limited to: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, or Voter's ID) and a matching selfie photograph. pinoy777 uses this documentation to confirm your identity, age, and legal eligibility.

4.4 pinoy777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for enhanced due diligence purposes, including proof of source of funds, proof of Philippine residence, or additional identity confirmation.

4.5 KYC documentation is processed in accordance with the pinoy777 Privacy Policy and applicable provisions of the Philippine Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173).

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

5.2 You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorized such activity. Any wager placed using your Account credentials is binding upon you, regardless of whether it was placed by you personally.

5.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify the pinoy777 support team immediately. pinoy777 will suspend the Account pending investigation. pinoy777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

5.4 pinoy777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

6.1 All deposits to the pinoy777 Platform must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. pinoy777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment processors (including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank) may apply their own transaction charges.

6.2 Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank (via InstaPay and PESONet), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine financial institutions.

6.3 All funds deposited to your pinoy777 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and verified against your KYC documentation. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.

6.4 pinoy777 maintains player funds in segregated accounts separate from operational funds in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. Your deposited balance is protected and will not be used to meet pinoy777's operational expenses.

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made by fully KYC-verified Players to payment methods registered in their own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

7.5 pinoy777 will not process withdrawals to payment methods belonging to third parties. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined and may trigger an account review.

8.1 All bonuses, promotions, free credits, and special offers available on the pinoy777 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

8.2 Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements of not less than thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

8.3 pinoy777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Bonus Credits already credited to a Player's Account in respect of a completed qualifying deposit will not be retrospectively removed solely as a result of the promotion's cancellation.

8.4 Players who pinoy777 reasonably suspects of abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts for bonus purposes, placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfill wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional conditions — will have their bonus privileges revoked and may face Account suspension.

8.5 pinoy777 reserves the right to refuse or revoke any bonus where a Player has provided inaccurate registration information, failed KYC verification, or is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.

9.1 All games on the pinoy777 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are published and accessible within the Platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules applicable to each game before placing any Wager.

• Registering or using an Account while under 21 years of age;
• Registering multiple Accounts or providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or security systems;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes, share information improperly, or exploit game mechanics;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;

10.2 pinoy777 actively monitors Platform activity for evidence of prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Evidence gathered through such monitoring may be provided to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities as required by law.

11.1 pinoy777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps settable by the Player through Account Settings;
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly loss caps to restrict maximum wagering losses;

• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on account access lasting between 24 hours and 6 weeks;

12.2 In the event of Account termination due to a material breach of these Terms, pinoy777 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Credits and bonus-derived winnings held in the Account at the time of termination. Real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following the completion of any investigation, subject to any applicable legal holds.

12.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the pinoy777 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding verification or investigation requirements.

13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other license or right is granted by implication or otherwise.

13.3 Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, transmission, publication, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of pinoy777 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

14.1 The pinoy777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pinoy777 makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for purpose, or freedom from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

14.2 pinoy777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: interruptions to Platform availability; technical malfunctions; network or internet failures; force majeure events; unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials; or any action or omission by a third-party payment processor.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pinoy777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14.4 Gambling involves risk. The Player accepts sole responsibility for any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform. pinoy777 accepts no responsibility for any financial loss attributable to a Player's decision to gamble beyond their means.

15.1 pinoy777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at pinoy777.co/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

15.2 By creating an Account and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and service improvement purposes.

15.3 pinoy777 may be legally required to disclose Player data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), or other relevant Philippine government authorities. Such disclosures will be made in strict accordance with applicable law and the minimum necessary standard.

16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through the pinoy777 customer support process. Players may submit a formal complaint via the support channels listed in Clause 18.

16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), conducted in English in the Philippines. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.

16.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, pinoy777 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where urgently necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or legal rights.

17.1 pinoy777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at pinoy777.co/terms-conditions with the date of last revision clearly indicated.

17.2 Material amendments will be communicated to Players via the email address registered with their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal compliance, regulatory changes, or platform security.

17.3 If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they may close their Account by contacting the pinoy777 support team prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
